30-day money-back guarantee

Every Dr. Nape comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Use it for up to 30 days from the day it arrives. If you're not happy with it, we'll refund the full amount you paid.

How to start a return

1. Email us at support@drnape.com with your order number.
2. Follow the steps our support team sends you.
3. Once your return is approved, you'll get a confirmation email with shipping instructions.

Please don't send anything back before your return is approved. Returns sent without approval may not be refunded.

Return shipping

If your Dr. Nape arrived damaged or faulty, we cover return shipping. For any other return, our support team will send you the return details.

Your refund

We refund the full amount you paid, to your original payment method, within 5–10 business days after we receive your return. You'll get an email when the refund is sent. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Damaged on arrival

If your Dr. Nape arrives damaged, email us a photo of the damage with your order number at support@drnape.com. We'll send you a free replacement.
