Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Cost

Shipping is free on U.S. orders, with tracking.

When your order ships

Orders ship within 24 hours on business days.

Delivery time

U.S. delivery typically takes 8–12 business days after your order ships.

Tracking

You'll get a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed. When it ships, you'll get a second email with your tracking link.

No tracking email after a few days? Check your spam folder, then email support@drnape.com with your order number.

Wrong address

Check your shipping address before you place your order. If you spot a mistake, email support@drnape.com with your order number as soon as you can. We can change the address only before the order ships.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged, email us a photo of the damage with your order number and we'll send a free replacement. If your tracking hasn't moved for 7 days, email support@drnape.com and we'll look into it.
